We hope that, like most patrons, you too are pleased with the products you purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied, we will refund items returned within 28 days of delivery – based on specific issues with the order.  Goods that are returned must be undamaged, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.  Please notify us immediately after noticing the applicable problem with your order.

How To Submit A Return

Goods must be returned along with the reason for the return.  Please follow these steps when returning your items:

  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
  • Please note that the cost of returning items is the buyer’s responsibility unless the incorrect goods were received or if the items are defective, incomplete or damaged.
  • A postage receipt should be kept for proof of your return.
  • The items should be delivered to the address provided by customer service, once you contact us and inform us of the said issue.
  • The request for return must be authorised by management and remains at the discretion of the management.

Refunds Policy

Items must be returned with your invoice and the reason for the return.

  • If the items are defective, incomplete, damaged or the wrong products were delivered, we will issue a refund after inspecting the goods.
  • Once we have received the returned items, we will inspect the goods and send you an email to confirm that your order has been successfully returned.

We will process your refund as soon as we are able to.  Once you have received the email, please allow up to 14 working days for the amount to be refunded to your account from our account.  After you have received the email confirming your refund, please allow an additional 5 working days for the refund amount to specifically reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order through our website before it has been packed for dispatch.  The amount paid will be refunded to the same account from which payment was made.  Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments or cancel your order after it has been packed and dispatched.  Amendments may include the following:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Full order cancellations
  • Adding or removing items in your order
  • Applying discounts to your order
